Engineered for the harshest climates, every Steemd sauna features a reflective foil vapour barrier and protective exterior house wrap, and 7/8" tempered glass to deliver superior themral efficiency and durablity. This meticulous construction locks in heat during freezing winters while standing resilient year-round.
Before you bring it home.
With the Harvia premier heater and wifi package that is included in the price, the temperature can reach above 200 degrees and usually takes around 30 minutes to heat to 175. That time will vary slightly based on the exterior starting temperature and electric connection used.
Modern, Horizon, and Vault saunas are delivered directly to your house in a kit. That kit takes 2 people about 3 hours to assemble the sauna.
The Onyx models are delivered already assembled and require a crane to place it in the desired location.
Delivery prices from Comfort Option to customer are not included, and vary based on customer setup.
A licensed electrician would need be contracted to make the necessary connections from your home to your new sauna.

- Quality. Our walls are thicker (3-5" thick compared to industry standard 1 3/8" thick). Our glass is thicker (7/8" thick instead of 1/2" industry standard). This provides better thermal performance and better protection against water intrusion). We use LP Smartside siding and house wrap, so it's built like your house and not like a shed. We include industry leading Harvia heating elements in the base cost.
- Durability. That quality leads to longer term durability and longevity. A sauna shouldn't be a short term investment. With a 2 year manufacturer warranty and a 5-50 warranty on the siding specifically, we're behind you for the long haul.
