All recycled foam is made in the USA, CertiPUR-US certified, and completely fabricated at our facility in Greenfield, IN.

Haven is created and intended for indoor use only.

We have selected fabrics that have contain performance cleanability. This means that all covers contain water and stain repellency, so many of the potential stains that are common in residential settings will be easy to wipe clean.

• Soils or Stains: use mild dish soap (such as Dawn or Ivory) and very warm water. Do not use harsh cleaners, solvents, or detergents.

• Hard-to-clean Spots: Use standard, household cleaners, a soft-bristles brush, and gentle agitation on any troublesome areas.

• Disinfecting: Phenolic disinfectants are the best choice for disinfecting Haven covers.

• Do not machine wash: We do not recommend removing Haven covers.

• Do not machine wash or dry the fabric, which could shrink or damage the cover.

Assembly

Unbox and inspect your Haven within 48 hours of delivery.

Your Haven will come with 3 inner bags full of shredded foam that are compressed for shipping.

• Carefully unroll each bag and allow the foam to expand

• Place the bags inside the fabric cover. Make sure to push each bag down as you add in more bags to make enough room for all of them to fit.

• Once you zip the cover up, turn the Haven right side up and enjoy!

Warranty

Each Haven is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase.

Canadian orders are not eligible for returns.

All Havens come with a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.
